こんにちは、G11の石村です。私は今年の夏休みにオーストラリアに留学し、「アートを生業とするには」というテーマで探究を行いました。私が訪れたブリスベンという都市は、世界有数のアートの街として知られています。美術館や博物館へ見学に行ったり、地元のアーティストの方へのインタビューを行ったりしました。日本にアートの良さを広めるには、まだまだ改善の余地がありそうです。とても興味深く、良い経験となりました。

Hello, I’m Ishimura from G11. This summer vacation, I studied abroad in Australia and conducted research on the theme “How to Make Art Your Profession.” The city I visited, Brisbane, is known as one of the world’s leading art cities. I visited art galleries and museums, and interviewed local artists. It seems there is still room for improvement in promoting the value of art in Japan. It was a very interesting and rewarding experience.
