2月15日（土）・16日（日）に大崎上島で開催されたすみれ祭りに出店し、ベトナム料理のフォーやチェーの販売、フリーマーケットを行いました。今回の出店の目的は「地域の皆さまにベトナムの文化を伝えること」「私たちの活動目的を知っていただくこと」「ベトナム研修旅行での買付資金を生み出すこと」の3つです。
すみれ祭りに向けて、何度も試作を重ねてフォーやチェーの味を改良し、フリーマーケットでは多くの方々にご協力をいただきました。その結果、2日間で売上・募金を合わせて10万円以上となり、多くの方に支えていただいたことを実感しました。
この売上・募金は、ベトナム研修旅行でのSocial goodな商品の買付に活用し、その商品を地域の皆さまや保護者の方に向けて販売する予定です。今後も引き続き活動を続けていきますので、応援よろしくお願いいたします！
On February 15 (Sat.) and 16 (Sun.), we opened a stall at the Sumire Festival held on Osaki Kamijima, selling Vietnamese pho and Chè and holding a flea market. The three purposes of our stall were “to introduce Vietnamese culture to the local community,” “to let people know the purpose of our activities,” and “to generate funds for purchases on our study tour to Vietnam.
To prepare for the festival, we repeatedly tested and improved the flavors of Pho and Chè. Many people also supported us in organizing the flea market. Thanks to everyone’s help, we were able to raise over 100,000 yen in sales and donations over the two days and truly felt the warmth of the community.
The funds collected will be used to purchase socially good products during our study tour in Vietnam, which we plan to sell to the local community and parents.
