８月26日（月）、令和６年度２学期始業式を行いました。
帰省していた生徒たちが、およそ１ヶ月ぶりにHiGAに戻ってきて元気な姿を見ることができ嬉しく思います。
始業式の中で福嶋校長は、パリオリンピックでの日本人選手の活躍を振り返りつつ、「卓越・友情・敬意/尊重」という３つのオリンピックバリューを紹介され、平和な世界を創造するために新たな学習に取り組む生徒たちを激励しました。
生徒代表挨拶では、代表生徒が渡辺和子さんの著書「置かれた場所で咲きなさい」を例に挙げながら、HiGAでのさらなる成長について決意表明をしました。
On Monday, August 26, we held the opening ceremony for the second semester of the 2024 school year.
It was a pleasure to see students who had returned to their hometowns, returning to HiGA for the first time in almost a month.
During the opening ceremony, Principal Fukushima reflected on the success of Japanese athletes at the Paris Olympics and introduced the three Olympic values of “Excellence, Friendship, and Respect,” and encouraged the students to work hard to create a peaceful world.
In the student speech, the representative student expressed her determination for further growth at HiGA, using Kazuko Watanabe’s book “Bloom where God has planted you” as an example.
