The Career Guidance Department has set the following two career education goals:
・Cultivate the ability to envision one’s own future in concrete terms from the perspective of Peace/Sustainability (career planning ability).
・Cultivate the ability to take action and execute plans to realize one’s own future (self-understanding, self-management, and problem-solving skills).
We put emphasis on the following three points:
・Students will choose a career path to realize the future they have envisioned for themselves.
・To determine what they need to prepare for in order to realize that career path.
・Implement a plan to realize that future.
In order to provide the best individualized support for each student’s needs, we are mainly promoting the following initiatives:
Individual consultations
Utilizing an appointment system, we have established a system that allows students to consult with us at any time as needed.
Information sessions
We invite top-ranked universities and scholarship organizations to hold information sessions.
Three-way conversations
Through regular face-to-face or Zoom-based meetings, the school and families work together to help students achieve their career goals.
