Admission process for 2025 Academic Year

 

Am I eligible?

If you wish to apply to Hiroshima Global Academy for Grade 10 enrollment for the 2025 academic school year, you must meet one of the two following criteria:

(1)Applicant is a citizen of a country other than Japan, was born between April 2nd, 2008 and December 31st, 2010, and has completed an amount of courses equivalent to 9 years of schooling, or will have by August 2025.

(2)Applicant is a citizen of Japan, was born between April 2nd, 2008 and April 1st, 2010, and has completed an amount of courses to 9 years of schooling, or will have by August 2025, and has more than five years of schooling abroad as a general rule.

How to apply?

The school will conduct the admission in accordance with the “2025 Academic Year Admission Guidelines of Hiroshima Prefectural High School Hiroshima Global Academy”.

Application registration

Please submit an application form at the following link.

The main items to be registered at the time of application registration are as follows.

⑴ Applicant’s information

Name, gender, nationality, current home address, date of birth, email address, and phone number

⑵ Educational history

School name, address, language of instruction, date of admission, and date of graduation/ expected graduation etc.

⑶ Current school information

School name, address, name of the head of school, name of the contact person, job title of the contact person, email address, and phone number etc.

⑷ Parent/Guardian information

Name, relationship, current home address, email address, and phone number

How to pay an admission fee

Regarding the payment of admission fee, an e-mail with instructions on how to pay will be sent to the e-mail address of the applicant registered at the link above, so please follow the instructions given in the e-mail.
