On Wednesday, December 3rd, a health education lecture was held as part of the School Health Committee activities targeting both junior high and high school students. We invited Dr. Norihisa Tamura from the Graduate School of Human and Social Sciences at Hiroshima University to give a talk titled “The Secret to Better Sleep to Improve Academic Performance and Athletic Ability – Power-Up Sleep Techniques.” Dr.Tamura explained, based on scientific evidence, how important sleep is for the mind and brain in an easy-to-understand manner.
