On Tuesday, June 4, eight officials from the Autonomous Regional Government of the Bangsamoro in the Philippines visited our school to discuss peace education as part of JICA’s training program for senior administrative officials following the decision to establish the Bangsamoro Autonomous Regional Government in 2025. Seven first-year and second-year high school students from our school gave a presentation on peace education and exchanged opinions in groups. We hope that peace education will be promoted in the Bangsamoro region so that children in the Bangsamoro region can contribute to building a peaceful society.
