Admission process for 2022 Second Semester
Am I eligible?
If you wish to apply to Hiroshima Global Academy for Grade 10 enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year, you must meet one of the two following criteria:
（１）Applicant is a citizen of a country other than Japan, was born between April 2nd, 2005 and December 31st, 2007, and has completed an amount of courses equivalent to 9 years of schooling, or will have by August 2022.
（２）Applicant is a citizen of Japan, was born between April 2nd, 2005 and April 1st, 2007, and has completed an amount of courses to 9 years of schooling, or will have by August 2022, and has more than five years of schooling abroad as a general rule.

How to apply?
The school will conduct the admission in accordance with the “Basic Policy on the Selection of Students for the 2022 Academic Year of Hiroshima Prefectural Integrated Junior and Senior High Schools.” and the “Guidelines for the Selection of Students for the 2022 Academic Year of Hiroshima Prefectural Integrated Junior and Senior High Schools.”. For an outline of the selection process, please refer to the following implementation guidelines.

The main items to be registered at the time of application registration are as follows.
⑴ Applicant’s information
Name, gender, nationality, current home address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and time of enrollment
⑵ Educational history
School name, address, language of instruction, date of admission, and date of graduation/ expected graduation etc.
⑶ Current school information
School name, address, name of the head of school, name of the contact person, job title of the contact person, email address, and phone number etc.
⑷ Parent/Guardian information
Name, relationship, current home address, email address, and phone number
How to pay an admission fee
Regarding the payment of admission fee, an e-mail with instructions on how to pay will be sent to the e-mail address of the applicant registered at the link above, so please follow the instructions given in the e-mail.
